No. Teams are locked at the match start time. You can edit your team as many times as you want before lock, but once the first ball is bowled, no changes are allowed.
How quickly are points updated?

What if a player gets injured during the match?
If a player is injured and cannot participate, they score points only for the actions they completed before the injury. No replacement is allowed after lock.
Can I join a contest after the match has started?
No. All contest entries close at match lock time. You must join before the deadline. However, you can join contests for other matches that have not started yet.
